Some websites will use the PayPal IPN function (instant payment notification). Before this will work correctly, you must login to your PayPal account, 1) CLICK ON "PROFILE" 2) THEN CLICK ON "INSTANT PAYMENT NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES" 3) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INSTANT PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS ON With a lot of the newer scripts the url does not matter and the site will work fine no matter what url has been entered but some of the scripts will require you to put the exact address back to the PayPal ipn file e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/paypal-ipn.php (check with your script instructions or supplier). NOTE: if the url is not required and no url has already been entered for another script, you will need to put your site url or it will not save e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com
